Cancellation Policy

Appointments are booked especially for you at a time agreed. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support.
