How to maximise your therapy

After a therapy session your body and mind will feel extremely relaxed.

To help obtain maximum benefit I recommend you follow this aftercare advice:

  • Drink lots of water to help your body to flush out toxins and rehydrate.
  • Avoid alcohol, smoking, tea, caffeine and spicy foods for at least 12hrs after treatment.
  • Eat a light meal so the body can restore itself and encourage detoxification
  • Be kind to yourself and rest as much as possible
  • Avoid strenuous activity
