After a therapy session your body and mind will feel extremely relaxed.
To help obtain maximum benefit I recommend you follow this aftercare advice:
- Drink lots of water to help your body to flush out toxins and rehydrate.
- Avoid alcohol, smoking, tea, caffeine and spicy foods for at least 12hrs after treatment.
- Eat a light meal so the body can restore itself and encourage detoxification
- Be kind to yourself and rest as much as possible
- Avoid strenuous activity
